Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snazzy Gear! We hope you love your new looks, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read through our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons:
    • Undergarments, bodysuits, socks
    • Accessories (e.g. hats, jewelry, bags)
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as sale or promotion (including those discounted 10% or more)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll take care of it—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–21 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale items (including those discounted 10% or more) are final sale
  • If a returned item does not meet our return criteria, it may be rejected and returned to you

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

To request an exchange, email info@thesnazzygear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item and size you’d like to exchange for

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a track-able shipping service.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:
  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your payment provider (processing times vary).
